Yoga Retreat

Just spent the last 5 days at Hidden Springs Ranch at a yoga retreat. It was fabulous!!! It's run by Corena Hammer who owns the Infusion studio in Bountiful. If you ever have the chance , take a class there. She offers all levels of classes. It is such a wonderful place to be.www.bodyinfusion.com

I learned so many things about myself and how I interact with my world. I came home renewed , energized and excited to just be me. Thanks to all the wonderful people I shared this amazing experience with. We shall cross paths again.
