Orders orders orders

So many order to be mailed off! I'm almost done!! Then I need to start my christmas shopping. Seriously I've been sewing non- stop for the last two weeks, and tomorrow I think I'll be done! Then we're off to Vista , Ca where we can just be in warmer weather, it has not gotten above 30 for a long time!!! I'm so ready for a vacation and just to relax with my family. Hope all of you have a fabulous Christmas!!! I'll be buying new fabrics for spring! Can't wait to show you the new clothes I have in mind.

Open House at Madeleine L'Amour Wed 7th

Two big shows this weekend

Some of the best handmade boutiques this weekend. Beehive Bazaar is in Provo and Traveling Trunk show is in Down Town Saltlake City. Last of my shows ( almost) before Christmas. Had a great time at Swiss Days this weekend great to meet so many fun people!!!

Still waiting on the wedding pics! But mean while I have two shows this weekend one at Sugar house in Saltlake city and Swiss Christmas in Midway. www.artmarketutah.com will give you all the info for The Sugar house one and Swiss Christmas is Friday and Sat till 8pm on Main st. in their city building. Can't believe it's December already!!! Next week is Beehive Bazaar in Provo and Traveling Trunk show in Saltlake.

Sneak peak of the wedding prep

So my oldest daughter is getting married. And we've been working on her dress, which changed daily the first couple of weeks.It turned out so pretty and so much of her personality shines through.Tulle and chiffon flowers around the bottom, jeweled belt made with jewels from her Grandmaothers and aunts. Her dad is in charge of turning our gym into a reception hall, and we had all these metal chairs,well they decided that gold would look really cool, so in the last day he has spray painted about 80 chairs gold!!! I never realized how expensive gold paint was!! Two more days until the big day!!! So this is one of my reasons I might be slow on getting to my emails or posting new things in my shop. And of course our laundry room flooding and having to buy new appliances!

Just some new things

Just got back from The Hamptons, ran the Half Marathon. It was such a fun trip!! The weather was great, the course beautiful. We got to go into Manhatten too. Visited my favorite place ABC Home and Carpet.Shopped in Sag Harbor, went to dinner at the Yacht club... just so much to do and see. The house was fabulous, Steve and Lucy our host were so gracious. And my fellow runners Niki, Amy 1 and Amy 2 were great! As soon as I get pictures I'll post them from the race.
So here's a few new things, Ruffle skirts, i pad cases, belts, and new fall purses.New fabric arrived while I was gone too! As soon as I unpack my bags I'll get to work!!

We sold all our slips at Swiss Days, but I've made more! In Black too. I have small - XL. I just need to post more pics of them cuz they are selling to fast. You can always email me, and when I get the next batch done I can hold your size for you. I still love lacey layers for fall, with opaque tights and tall boots.
