Running and Yoga two favorite things to do to get in shape fast. So some pics to get me motivated.. I always wished I could be as limber as a dancer, but no such luck! Incredible abs on these women, not that I will be wearing a bikini anytime soon, but I"m going to work on my core strength a little bit more. Yes that's me in the last picture It's a race to the top of Farmington canyon then down 6 more miles. Was first women twice before, ummm about 5 years ago, but I'm getting ready to run it again!!! Warm weather is here! Time to start doing our favorite things to get strong!!
