When Time Flys!!!
That is my little niece Jade, who lives in Singapore.This is at a songbird competition.They bring the birds all together and the winner will get $60.00. I have no idea how you would judge something like that. But it would be lovely to sit in the park and just listen.
The other collages are ideas for soldered pendents or key chains.

If you would of asked me when I was 8, birds have always been my favorite animal

Finally got the bird purses done!!! Well most of them, let me know if you still want to see the owls... they sold pretty fast. O.k. so birds have always been my favorite animal. I used to save my money and buy those cute little glass birds on the cream colored card stock at Hallmark. Remember those?? I think they still might sell them. Well I had collected so many of them that by the time I was 12yrs old, my mom bought me a China cabinet with 3 shelves and glass all the way around. I filled the whole dang thing! And it was at least 5 ft tall. I kept all the bird nest I had found in the bottom drawer. I used to love to look at those in awe at how a little bird could weave all that with just it's beak. I also received a bird book from my brother, for my birthday one year, and would sit outside an look up all the birds that were in our yard. Now I have walls of art with a fun assortment of bird pictures. I received these two bottom pictures for my birthday. One I bought from artandghost on Etsy and the other, Zerin ( my son) drew for me. Now I just have to frame them and get them up on my wall!!!
