I just got back from four days at a fabulous, amazing Yoga retreat!!!! I wish my life was that simple and Zen like. Sad i have to go away to experience it.Hopefully I'll keep some of the calmness I experienced. Pictures to follow. Corena Hammer of infusion , www.bodyinfusion.com Puts it all on.
