Summer in Cache Valley

O.k. we might of complained a little too much about all the rain, but now summer in Cache Valley is soooooo green! The lake is warm, went swimming yesturday! And found this green tractor ( I think it's a tractor) sitting in the perfect location for photos!

Weddings this summer???

So I was at Madeleine L'Amour last night and I was thinking, this is the perfect place for brides trying to find that unique hair accessory, jewelry or gift for their bridesmaids. Or for those that are attending the wedding, there are beautiful clips, oh so feminine flower belts, lacey skirts, pretty pretty jewelry. It's such a fun lovely store. So many people walk in and say it's like walking into another world. One little girl looked in the window and said to her mum, " I think that's where fairies live". While I was there a bride came in and bought five makeup bags to give to her bridesmaids for gifts, and Jeni and her mom wrapped them up so pretty! Trunk Show in Centerville

Trunk show at Madeleine L' Amour tomorrow!! We've been doing these once a month so far and they have been great! It pushes me to have new things ready every time. So now that it's officially summer, I'll be bringing in a lot of new lighter colors to wear in this wonderful warm weather! Also some new vintage clutches for those "date nights " when you don't need to carry a whole lot.

New Things!!!

Summerfest this Thursday,Friday and Saturday!!! Live music, fabulous ARt
and local vendors!! Come support the local artist community. I'll have a booth there! A lot of purses and skirts will be marked down for the event, so come and have a good time!! I'm over buy the stage, I'd love it it if came by and said Hi.

Fabulous blue swirl velvet!

I search online a lot for fabulous fabric, and when I got the box with these vintage velvet sin it, I just couldn't wait to sew with them! These are so soft to when you touch them and the colors are fabulous!!!! Show you the other combos I have next week! Have a fabulous weekend!
